Scott #1297 - I presume from the Scott entry that left hand side is postage & the right hand (label) went to the Romanian Association of Philatelists. So, is the right hand side considered a cinderella?  |

Typical for Scott: their listings lack logic and systematics. Two stamps similar to the 1959 issue are listed as semi-postals,B427 and B428. The labels are part of the complete stamps.Stamps without label are of minmal value,according to Michel.
