So found there is a book that discusses the FFI forgery of the 1.50FR stamp. Does any one have a scan of this booklet translated into English? It was published in 1946 and is about 32 pages. If anyone has an English translation, I would really appreciated it! Other wise, I will attempt to translate via Google translate as I have the time.

Here is another favorite cover I just added to my collection!! Parody of the 1.50Fr Petain stamp with De Gaulle's portrait instead. It is expertised twice as genuinely used.

They're not super rare, but you don't find them every day. Each stamp has a CV in $10-$15 range.

The dealer didn't really know what he had, and it was priced cheap. I don't think the Mayer catalog even existed at the time I purchased this set:
