The King George VI definitive set from Hong Kong was issued from 1938 until 1953. During that time, the Colony was overrun by the Japanese in 1941, and stamp production was disrupted by German bombing. So as you might guess, there are a number of interesting issues including perforation changes, paper type differences and color changes from the various printings that occurred.
If you collect Hong Kong, take a look at my web page. It includes the issues based on the Commonwealth, Stanley Gibbons, and Scott Catalogs.
