Sandy River, Clarendon Parish, Jamaica Registered Mail, March 12, 1954 I am unable to find any evidence of a town or post office named Sandy River at this time. I did find a 1958 Jamaica Post Office Guide that lists Sandy River as a post office in Clarendon Parish. It must have been a small post office (P.A. stands for Postal Agency) to only be open for five hours a day. The sender identifies his home as Kellitts a small town on the northern border of Clarendon parish.
