This pair of images was sent to me by a dealer contact - if only I had the money....
That is alot of 1891 2c Jubilee's - considering that initially customers were restricted to 25 items soon after they were issued and only 50,000 were issued - that is a hell of a dealers stock!

Hm, I have to confess unique though it may be , this item leaves me puzzled and not a little ☹️ sad.
I can imagine a dealer anticipating a sale and a profit buying up a stock , mounting them in a ledger and getting the local Postal Clerk to cancel them . He presumably sold individuals as “Used” to about 35 collectors and was left with this stock unsold.
Today you would need to find another 120 collectors prepared to buy CTO .AS USED. which the old time dealer failed to do in his lifetime.
Personally I would not be sighing for lack of money to buy such an accumulation , it is not a sheet , there are no multiple blocks , one stamp seems to still have the plate number tab and there may be minor plate flaws or flaws in the overprint which merit keeping , I don’t know for sure if there are.
Otherwise who would want it? What would you do with it ? Or have I missed the point completely?

What is on sale on ebay is only part of the lot you showed earlier.
I wonder at the description " large Parcel sheet" ? Whatever that is, I think the seller is indulging in a bit of sales hype. That item was never wrapping a parcel and never went through the post cut like that!
It is a dealer's stock page cancelled to order with what he has not managed to sell individually. Whoever buys it at that price has more money to spare than sense, does not know what he is buying, and is being misled by a seller with a fancy description.
