Greetings! My collecting journey is a familiar one; I have been collecting stamps since my youth, engaged in the hobby off and on throughout adulthood and recently re-discovered the past time… Although my collecting interests are varied, I have accumulations focused on issues from Canada, USA, Netherlands, Portugal and the Antarctic Territories. There are also have a couple of world-wide thematic books with stamps depicting both ships and paintings. One goal I have is to take the accumulations, make them collections and ultimately exhibit. I enjoy all aspects of the hobby and look forward to sharing my collecting experiences as well learning from others here... Thanks for the inclusion, -Vince  |

Hi, Vince ( stanley64), and welcome to TSF! I am a US expatriate living in France, but will be relocating to the UK in October. Trying to judge from your intro post, are you living in Portugal or just considering Portugal as your main collecting interest, hence the thread name? Or perhaps it is both?
