I have a 2d KGVI wot perfs that measures 12.9 x 13.1 SG has lists 4 varieties (1 gray/black and 3 gray green (perf varieties). Scott just lists 3 perf varieties but no separate listing for green/black. None are perf 13. I also measured it electronically using SCD's tool and got almost identical results. Am I missing something - besides a corner of the stamp! If I had to pick one it is 12 1/2 x 13 due to overzealous rounding.

According to Hugh James Study Paper 15 published by the King George VI Collectors Society, there were 17 printings of the 2d value with three different perforations. So it is not surprising if you find some variation in the color or even the perforations on this issue. I am working on trying to find all the various issues. You can see my progress below. In addition to the perforation changes, you will see some variation in the color of the stamps as well as differences in the paper and gum as you look at the backs against black paper. It looks like your stamp is from the 1950 era which is shown as 12.75 x 13 SG 124d.
