What or who would would you like to see depicted on future US stamps? I would like to see stamps honoring the servicemen who participated in the invasion of Grenada in 1983 and Panama in 1989 as well as those who were in Somalia and Bosnia in the 1990s. While considered low intensity conflicts, our men still came under fire and should be honored for their service.
I would also like to see a yearly semi-postal issued to both commemorate and financially help such organizations as the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society and a host of others searching for cures for these deadly diseases. Each year, a different one could be depicted. As these are all non-profit organizations, I don’t see a problem with featuring them on a stamp. These hit home for me because I’ve been a diabetic for over 35 years and my wife has survived a bout with cancer and two heart attacks.
On a lighter note, I believe that The Three Stooges deserve to be featured on a stamp or stamps. If Harry Potter, who is British and whose author is British, deserves to be on a stamp, then Moe, Larry and Curly certainly do!
Those are my ideas, what are yours?

Early automobiles. Most have had or are having 100th anniversaries, so why not? Pro football heroes. We've had baseball, let's do football now. Let's start the United States Sestercentennial stamps. Historic buildings. National parks. A set of stamps about the Great Lakes. Just to name a few ideas.

I'd love to see stamps commemorating Amtrak (2021 is their 50th anniversary, but unfortunately it's too late now to propose such a stamp), or at least trains in general. (A stamp set of metros and/or streetcars would also be cool.)
I would also be interested in more stamps featuring U.S. landscapes.
I like the suggestion of semipostals for major disorders; I'd also appreciate semipostals (or even just regular issues raising awareness) for mental health causes.
