Hello all
I've been lurking here (I believe that's the phrase) for a while. Like to read the excellent advice and news. Could spend hours here but, unfortunately, I have my own business to run.
Based in London, UK, all my life. Started collecting when I was a boy. Dad started me off then my first school had a stamp club which fired my interest further. That was many years ago. I have collected for well over half a century now.
I have rather a rag bag disorganised worldwide collection of a few thousand stamps and a few hundred FDCs (FDCs are primarily from the UK but not of great value being almost all from QE2, post 1952 era).
Right now –desperately trying to give the neglected collection some semblance of order and cohesion.
Mammoth task ahead of me, I feel, but maybe get some advice here along the way.
Looking forward to it.
