Thank you! It used to have decorative red cords with tassels, but they were really dirty and frayed and beyond salvaging, so I cut them off. The brass was very tarnished and required a lot of polishing, but I think it was worth the effort. And I only paid a few dollars!

This stamp lifting box. I don't use it but keep it for sentimental reasons - those are my grandfather's initials on it. Must have had them added back in his collecting days (1940s/1950s).
