Just to confirm the earlier IDs A1-4 Papal States ( before Italy became a united country) many of this issue are reprints or forgeries B1-3 Austria postage due stamps C1-2 Italy postage due stamps D1-2 Netherlands Postage due D3-4 Spain War Tax Stamps extra postage to pay for the Carlist War in Spain E1-4 Denmark printed paper rate stamps for newspapers in the mail F1-2 Transvaal Republic G1-4 Spain with the punched holes these two have been used to pay for a telegram H1-3 Spanish colony of the Philippines I 1-2 Spain again specifically for telegraph use J1. France a postage due J2. Estonia J3 Spain government official stamp J4 Venezuela J5. Spain again regular postage stamp

The original ID by feebletodix is correct H1 Phillipines H2 Spain 1890's H3 Cuba Cuba was a Spanish possession at the time H3 was issued.

yes apologies , I could not read the details on H2 H3 and assumed the same as H1 . My rushed errors !

No need to apologize, vikingeck. I've made far worse ID errors on far more obvious stamps. Yes, the actual stamp details are hard to see when there are so many in the pic with lots of white space between. I had to enlarge the pics to verify the different Spain/Possessions stamps. In the future, best to take a pic of no more than 2 rows at a time, so we can see the inscriptions and any necessary details more clearly.
