Hi All,
I am Jeff Hayward from Staten Island New York, one of the five boroughs of New York City. I've been collecting stamps for the last 41 years. My collections includes postal history, postmarks, desks, marine mammals, Earth's physical features, rocks & minerals, gems, jewelry, WWF, parrots, penguins, puffins, and VW Beetles. These are just a handful of my topical collections, I have many more. I also collect stamps from Australia, Canada, Germany, Great Britain, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand and the US.
I have held several leadership positions in many philatelic organizations and currently I am the First VP of the American Topical Association, the Director of Public Relations for the International Society of Worldwide Stamp Collectors and also the Second VP for the Penguins on Stamps Study Unit.
In addition to stamps, I collect philatelic memberships. I am a member of the APS, APRL, ATA, the American First Day Cover Society, Post Mark Collectors Club, Empire State Postal History Society, The Royal Philatelic Society of London, Gems, Minerals and Jewelry Study Unit, Penguins on Stamps Study Unit, Gastronomy Study Unit and finally the Mexico Elmhurst Philatelic Society International(MEPSI). Told you, I collect them too!
Happy to be here and looking forward to contributing to the group.
Jeff

Gosh your name seems familiar - did we trade stamps back in the 1990s perhaps?
