Are the things on these letters stamps? Are they from a private post in the US? Can the last letter be consiered a postal stationary or it's just a letter? Are in the US private postal operator permitted by law?

Those are all US postage stamps, issued by the US Postal Service. The last envelope is postal stationery, with 2 stamps attached in addition...

Hi Roberto, ameis33 , I am not American so I cannot answer all the questions but let me explain what I understand. These are regular US post stamps. Not private post. They are self adhesive so they can be any shape, they have made these round because they want to be different, not boring. Global means to any country in the world so the first ones show the Earth The word Forever means they will always be enough for a normal letter , even when the postage rate changes, older stamps still work at the new price . These are for world wide postage The postal stationery envelope is for USA postage only so to send to,Milano extra stamps had to be added.

For the most part, I think all your questions have been answered ameis33 albeit the issue of US private postal operators, like vikingeck though I have no insights into this matter either.
For now, if you want to see other examples of these global, circular stamps and the "lovely" inkjet postmarks associated with them similar to those founds on the covers you have shared, by all means have a look the my recent posting, " Inkjet Postmarks: A Sectional Center Facility (SCF) Study"
Happy collecting!
P.S. The Rossica Society return label did pique my curiosity...
