Could use some help with a possible Scott number and approximate value on this unused Registered envelope. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If we can solve this one, I have several other types I would love to put up here. Thanks as always. Jeff

Once again though, you are going to need a ruler...

So I learned from the site that Stanley64 sent me to was that the envelope, due to size, was either K or K2 (measures 6 x 11.5)is a 2 pence blue and has a compensation schedule 5£ - 25£ attached, but I can't figure out how to tell which K it is or there is no explanation of what R or RP numbers were. Saw where I could download James McKay's book but I did not want to buy into a $49.95 per month deal. Anyone with ideas to help me identify these. Thanks - Jeff

Sorry randyharper that the website shared did not provide you with all the information you needed, but it was a start ;-)
Continuing on, I had a look myself and the numbering is rather cryptic although consistent from what I saw on other websites or lot listings in auction catalogues. Pending any updates or additional input from others here on TSF, you may want to contact the " THE POSTAL STATIONERY SOCIETY" For Collectors of Postal Stationery Worldwide and see if there cannot provide the decoder ring for the numbering schema...
Happy collecting!
