Agent Ransack found the in 82 seconds. We are supposing Local Phantasy, Stampgal was going to make enquiries if these were local, but we never heard IIRC.

There was a young lad from Vallay, A philatelist who lived by the Bay, And I heard from my Gramps That he took all his stamps, Left Vallay and moved far away.
