Do not collect them,but they look to me like pages from (Prestige-) Booklets.

I think I was doing other things when this miniature was issued - 42 years was a long time back.     This one may well have been shown before - many times even - but it's attractive and a very stately subject, so once more unto the breach ....  
From top left, and going clockwise, the buildings are ..........   Tower of London (England), Holyroodhouse (Scotland), Hampton Court (England) and Caernarvon Castle (Wales).    These decimal Commems. seem not to attract much interest  -  you can buy these for very small beer, apparently, and as the wording says, this was the British Post Office first Miniature Sheet.   

this mini-sheet came out of my charity shop acquisitions this morning, and I thought marvelous, a concoction of Wilding's I'd not seen before  -  then of course the penny drops.        Not really sure why the need for a kitsch item like this, other of course than to expand the coffers of the Royal Mail.  
I notice that the wording includes  '............  collection 1', so assume the missing values occurred on the second sheet, which I don't have.            These values could, when issued twenty years ago, have been used, though not now since it costs an arm and a leg to buy a postage stamp in the UK.               
Think I'd recommend to anyone interested in Wilding's to buy the real thing, they're not I thought, expensive, but looking at current values for a full set of um they'll cost you something approaching fifty quid as opposed to something under £10 for this mini-sheet - it's that old 11d. plum that's the fly in the ointment when buying the real deal.          It could be that same stamp that's the reason I don't have the second sheet  -  perhaps more valuable and someone has filched it already.       I notice the 11d. value is now called something other than 'plum', which is how we always used to describe the thing.              Watermark here is '50' placed at intervals across the sheet, and I've used the uv torch but not getting any fluorescence, though I thought there were phosphor bands on these sheets.     
I still don't really see the need for this mini-sheet, but must learn to be more tolerant;-)           Hope of some interest.        Might the mixture of national emblems - showing in the centre - be considered a Cinderella??

The other item on this photo also came from earlier today, and is an FDC for Post Office Savings, from 1961.

The Wildings on the mini sheet differ from the originals as they are now denominated in decimal currency plus 1st and 2nd class and so of course as anglobob indicates they are still valid for postage.

They can all be used if they are decimal currency.

The mini sheet marked the 50th anniversary of the first Wildings and yes there was a second one . If you have any decimal GB stamp it is valid for postage.none have been cancelled nor will they be until the small Machins are called in on 31st January 2023

For any of my eBay and other stamp mail I will use combinations of several low values to make the current 95 and 68p rate Even 1, 2, 5p can be used to add up.

The halfpence was abandoned years ago but if you have two they are still valid for 1p… for example 12 1/2 + 12 1/2 makes 25p

thanks for the offer René, but I too have hectares of Wilding's so will pass on this occasion. Dorothy Wilding's efforts go back seventy years now, and they are/were collected keenly, so IMHO how about we re-classify them and elevate then to the Classics section??;-) - her portrait of HM is (and normally I wouldn't use the word outside of religious context), iconic. Now, if only the Royal Mail had printed less of them ..........

PETE, the wildings are everywhere in my stamp room and it would take hours to gather them - I was kind of joking that I would send them to the two members (one already declined) in the U.K. so I will get back to you by e-mAIL (faster than PM)
