Interesting. There doesn't seem to be any denominational or country of origin printing on the stamps.
The image yu show is very first preview of coming Dinosaur stamps of China. Here is another preview with denominations: P.S. You can see all most recent and coming issues of Paleontology related stamps here: www.paleophilatelie.eu/year/current.html If you are aware about any new Paleo. stamp nozt listed there please share it with me.

Thank you brightonpete !
I had planned to show the above stamp today. So here some information about it: Shown is the "Urpferdchen" (Propalaeotherium messelense);no translation in English,I would know; This was an early horse, although no direct ancestor of modern horses, but from an extincted sideline. It was an pretty small animal, roughly of the size and weight of an beaver. It lived about 50 to 40 million years ago.

brightonpete, my thanks were quite sincere ! It is nice to see that others take interest in ones posts.
Both stamps were printed in rather small quantities (for that times): 10 millions of the 200 Pfg, 8.6 millions of the 80 Pfg. 20-30 Millions were normal, except for semi-postals.
On Aug.20th,1998 one more stamp was issued with a fossil from the "Grube Messel:
Ancient type of a crocodile

It is quite interesting, they include not only dinosaurs and prehistoric animals, but also some extinct animals, but fossils not included. They also include 2 cave painting stamps of France and 3 fossils found places of Canada. Anyway, it is quite useful for topical collectors.

Sending a big thank you to brightonpete, who noticed when I mentioned my kids' love of dinosaurs on another thread a couple weeks back and generously offered me a souvenir sheet from the 2016 Dinos of Canada set. I see that the sheet has already been posted upthread, but I don't think the individual stamps, which he also included, have. Here are the first four: Wow! These stamps are incredible, and the junior philatelists here are delighted. I love the subtly multi-layered design, with a prehistoric creature pictured within the ancient gaze of another creature’s eye on each stamp. Really fun stamps. Sincerest thanks from my whole family! The rest of this thread has given me lots of ideas for expanding our small paleophilatelic sub-collection....

Who knows about feature issues of the "Paleo" stamps this year ? So far I'm aware about dinosaur stamps of Hong Kong are coming end of this month only. Was anybody aware that these 2014 dinosaur stamps from Hong Kong glowed under UV light?! I was browsing stamps and happened upon a photo. My friend has a bunch of these in her stash (she does postcrossing so she normally buys a lot of "special" stamps to use). I asked her to check and she told me it made her day seeing them glow. She's going to give me a couple of them. Photos when I next meet up with her!
