In the mail this week, this letter from Monaco, postmarked on February 6 th, with a slogan cancel publicizing the famous Monte Carlo Nice slogan. Interesting to see an old issue from 1959 in francs is still valid for mail. Monaco is one of few counties that permit this. There is a thread about it some where David. |
