I'm looking for a storage solution for #2 glassines. I have two storage boxes designed for storing glassines but I am looking for something similar in size that is cheaper (or rather, what I can find in a store). These boxes only cost $3 to $4 USD but after shipping come to about $10 USD each. Any suggestions? In the past I have used the cardboard boxes that are commonly used for storing baseball cards.
I was hoping someone else might have had this situation and found an easy solution.

I don't have a very sophisticated solution, but I often use just a plastic file card box for 3x5 index cards. This works for at least up to #4 glassines, and up to 104 dealer cards.
Walmart usually has them for under $2 apiece, but I just went on to their website to link to an example, and they don't seem to have them right now. But I can usually find them there year-round, so I'm not sure what the deal is right now.
A back-up would be at an office supply store, but they're typically a little a more expensive.
I used to get solid-color boxes from office supply stores (before Walmart came to my neck of the woods), but the style of the ones at Walmart for the last several years has been semi-transparent with a colored lid (also a bit transparent), and I've come to find that I like these better since I can see in a little bit.
(I also use them while I'm trying to organize inventory on 102 cards, etc.)
[Edited to add:] If I am actually preparing items to list somewhere, then once they are "live" (listed online), I use the traditional dealer red boxes, but I only have a limited supply of those, and I have to order them from a stamp supply dealer (which incurs a shipping charge, of course, so it's not my first choice).

Philatarium That's what I use for sorting worldwide stamps. I have #4s stored in six of these at the moment. I bought nearly 20 clear Sterilite 3x5 boxes at Dollar Tree a couple years ago for $1 each.

I was lucky enough to come across 4 steel 5x7 steel file box's at a garage sale. they are great, all of them have the little thing to keep the cards all compressed together (though those glasines are slippery as all get out) I keep them on the floor (to keep them cool, and to keep the sun from boiling them) and as all know, you get a plastic box into the sun or heat. it will cook anything inside. but the main reason I use what I do, is to keep the stamps in the dark, I drilled holes into the back and top, so as to let air flow go through it. have not had 1 problem in over 40 years..
