There are three sets of Theodor Heuss (Federal President of FRG) definitives in the years 1954 to 1960 Heuss (I) issued 1954 (non fluorescent) and 1960 (fluorescent) Michel # 177x - 196x (non fluorescent) and Michel # 179y - 186y (fluorescent) (picture shows only "non fluorescent stamps") Heuss (II) issued 1956 to 1958 (non fluorescent) and 1960 (fluorescent) Michel # 259x - 265x (non fluorescent) and Michel # 259y - 260y (fluorescent) (picture shows only "non fluorescent stamps") Heuss (III) issued 1959 Michel # 302 - 306 (Stamps with text "Deutsche Bundespost Berlin" are Michel # 182 - 186 Berlin-West)

Cara, thanks for pointing out that some of the Heuss stamps can be found with fluorescence and non-fluorescence. I have lots of duplicates so its time to get out my UV lamp and identify each type.
