Is Canada Post's Details magazine a free publication? Is it similar to the USPS's Philatelic Catalog? And will they ship it to the U.S.? I tried to order it from the Canada Post website, but it kept hanging up because it said that a province name/code was required. Being in the states, I obviously don't have a province code! Can anyone offer some help or advice?

It is indeed a free magazine and is available at the post office.
I just subscribed and noted there is an international section at the bottom of the page, so you should be able to subscribe. I did have problems though, the phone number must include dashes (!) and a PO Box is not enough, they wanted a street address. So I added "0 N/A" for the house number and street. They took it! All they need is a PO Box to get it to me. Now watch: I'll probably get an email stating that is NOT a valid street address!
Try, try again, Dave!

Nope. Still tells me that a province and a postal code are mandatory fields.

Do what I did, fudge it! As long as your address is in there it should go through! Try that and see...

It won't let you fudge the province, and wants the postal code in the A8A 8A8 format. I can't get past that.

You should send them an email! Maybe they'll fix it.

You should send them an email! Maybe they'll fix it. I reached out to them through their Facebook page. They responded pretty quickly, but I don't really have a solution. They sent me a link to a form to fill out for international orders. It was the same page I'd been on before. then they asked for screenshots of the filled out form so IT could figure out a solution. Thy said they'd get back to me when they had an answer. So I guess they don't know how to send them to the states either! Odd, because I've ordered stamps from the website with no issues.

If having a print version is not a must, there is always the option to download the current/past issues: Canada Post Details
