I am also shocked and saddened to hear this, and I am sorry to be late to add my condolences here. I only just saw the thread. Robert ( WERT) was an important contributor to The Forum and to the wider philatelic community, and he will indeed be missed. He gave me a much greater appreciation for looking into the smallest details on stamps than I ever had before, and I will always be grateful to him for that. May he rest in peace.
