I have an 8 cent Canada Post Card (View of St John from Signal Hill). Does anyone have a Scott number for this or an approx value. Thanks as always for your help. Happy Holidays to everyone! - Jeff

What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50

Happy Holidays to everyone! - Jeff This post card is part of a set of 90 different with the Unitrade number of UX109B for the set. My 2000 catalogue has not assigned individual numbers. The value is not great, maybe 2.00 to 5.00 in a current catalogue. They were available in sealed packages of 5 like this eBay listing www.ebay.ca/itm/352823688365?hash=item5225ee3cad:g:W24AAOxyOa9R23m5

Scott's doesn't list Canadian Postal Cards. Unitrade shows it as part of a set - UX109B, which in 2019 was catalog value was .75 CND

In general, Scott does not list non-US postal stationery in their standard WW catalog. hdm1950 already gave you the Unitrade number. In my 2016 Unitrade, the mint card catalogs for C$0.75 and the used (proper time of use cancel) is C$4. As stated, Unitrade does not assign separate individual catalog numbers to each card in the set. The complete set of 90 mint cards catalogs at C$70.

Also note that Unitrade had dropped postal stationery completely. One now needs the Webb catalogue for any info on all stationery.

I think I found it in Web's Postal Stationary Catalogue 8th edition page 204
It is part of a series of 1972 callled the Canada Multicoloured Scenes.
It is listed as part of the 5 cards Newfouldland 1-NF-1, VC 52 View of St John's from Signal Hill. Values : Unused $2.50 Used $4.00 Prices in $CAD
I have only used this resouces for the much earlier stuff.
Hope this helps you out.

No that is fine. I copied the information and have filed the stamp away. Good feeling to be able to place them where they belong and learn something about them. Have a great and safe new year.
