I was excited to find this in my grandpa's box of stamps but I think they are printers waste and not worth mounting or saving? Second opinions? Thanks! Kristy

I do not collect anything from eastern Asia, but the fact that this got "away" from the printer and intot he hands of a collector, would in my opinion make it a worthwhile printers flaw/error. I you may have one a very small number of these!!!!!
I'd be excited!!!!

What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50

oregon1234 , my 2016 edition of the China Stamp Society Specialized Catalog indeed identifies these as printer's waste. The catalog number in this catalog is 446Bd. The catalog states, "A substantial quantity of imperforate examples of 446B reached the collector market. Imperforate examples of 446B with the center vignette shifted (in this case), inverted or omitted are also printer's waste. Due to the availability of imperforate examples of some values the authenticity of several varieties should be carefully evaluated." 446Bd, as in this example, has a value for each individual stamp in this 2016 catalog, of $2.00 each.

Good info, Darrin.
The printer's waste for this issue is not uncommon. The value is in it being a conversation piece -- isn't that what philately is partly about?
