They sent a photo of the stamp "Württemberg 10pf" and said that it is just such a mirror image. Can anyone tell me about it?

Who are "they"? The cancel is clearly not genuine postally used.

whoever 'they" are I would be wary- There are examples of reverse image from a sheet being placed on top of another sheet and the ink is wet enough to "transfer" giving a "recto-reverse" image- and while I have seen some very distinct examples, most are rather 'weak' ( in fact I have several France examples that I do question the authenticity because the reverse impression is so very distinct/detailed).... and as khj has already pointed the postmark is extremely questionable

The reason I ask clarification on "they". There's no reference item in the picture to show me whether the whole picture is a mirror image, or the reproduction is a mirror image. How do I know "they" didn't simply reverse the image? (See below). Sorry if I seem overly critical. Either way, without knowing more, it's hard to say anything more other than to "guess" it is a recently made reproduction printed on old paper and creased up a little to make it look "old".

I would give a hard pass on this. I don't see how this could be genuine at all.

If a print is made without paper, ink it will deposit on the base plate. When the paper is inserted, a normal print will be obtained on the front and on the reverse side in the mirror (the paper will pick up the ink from the base plate).

As an example I have a French Sage stamp. I know it is registered in the Maury (?) catalogue as a variety. Thank you if you can help me with the number and value.

The pic in the OP is far too clean to either be a setoff or a backprint.
Also, neither setoff nor backprint can account for the cancel.
While it may be possible to transfer some of the stamp/cancel ink onto the back of another gummed stamp by pressing for an extended period of time, there's no way it would transfer as cleanly as shown in the OP. The stamp in the OP appears printed "as is", including the cancel.
Again, without further information about the original picture... I don't know what to reply.
