"POSTES", so they are postage due stamps.
In the Scott catalog:
French Equatorial Africa #J12(1947) Cameroun #J24(1947)

Haha, some people still consider certain types of postage stamps a form of tax. The term philately comes from the French word derived from the Greek words literally meaning "love not (to pay) tax" -- the recipient of the mail no longer had to pay the postage! For a period of time, some early GB stamps doubled as both postage and revenue stamps.
You'll find a lot of French postage dues are inscribed "taxe", whether chiffre or timbre.

I can't seem to find this stamp anywhere. I know it is very new because of the barcode. Is it to new to be listed anywhere? Thanks

carabop, is this a cropped image? I ask because this could be one of two stamps issued by France in 2019, one is comb perf 13 all around and the other is die cut vertical 7. The stamp is Marianne L'Engagée, and is one of the Marianne (YZ Digan) series. The various catalog codes from Colnect are as follows for the perf stamp: Yt:FR 5291, Mi:FR 7224, Sn:FR 5571, Sg:FR 6472, Un:FR 7055 For the die cut: Yt:FR A1656, Mi:FR 7225, Sn:FR 5572, Sg:FR 6478, Un:FR 7056

Well, if the stamp is listed in catalogues with perfs or die-cut edges, is there a chance that it has been trimmed? carabop, can you tell if the stamp is affixed to a layer of paper? Could it have been cut off an envelope? Xavier ( hrdoktorx), are you able to comment about this?

The stamp is the very common standard international rate Marianne stamp that has been in use for the last few years. It usually is sold in self-adhesive booklets. The catalog numbers are the ones darkormex provided (he beat me to it). If the stamp has no die-cut on the vertical edges, it's been trimmed.

If it traveled regularly .. why throw it away ..?
Clipped or not is a genuinely traveled postal item.

That is true. I shall keep it with the other postcards. Yes it traveled all the way from France to me so it did it's duty.

Can't really tell what you are showing. It's better too scan stamps with a black background. It looks like it is imperforate. If so, more than likely trimmed of the perfs.

It is on a postcard so couldn’t really get a background. It looks more like a sticker than a stamp There are 2 stamps that look like it as stated above. I will try get a background behind it but. I will be busy for awhile. My brother is getting married tomorrow.

Is this 1510b or c? Or will we ever know if we don't have the full booklet pane?

I think you meant 1510b or 1510d, since 1510c is a booklet pane of 8 (horizontal orientation, 2 rows of 4 stamps).
Without the label or top left stamp, it is not possible to determine whether your booklet pane fragment came from 1510b (pane of 5 + label) or 1510d (pane of 6).

Yes that is what I meant thanks for clarifying. I didn’t think there was a way to know for sure just wanted to check here first.

It is the 3rd stamp from the Gelderland personalized stamp sheet issued 14Jun2022. Can't give you an ID as I don't have a catalog that covers 2022 (yet). The whole series of 12 panes is named Kijk op Nederland (The Netherlands from the Air).
[EDIT: I re-organized this post and added issue date info]

I have another that I thought should be easy to identify but I can't seem to find it and once my eyes go buggy trying to look I give up. Yes the stamp is a grey color.
