I recently acquired these stamps that are over-printed SPECIMEN. It took me awhile and some reading, but I was able to locate them in the Scott's Specialized catalog in the Official section as O11S and O12S, the S is appended to indicate specimen. Unfortunately, no dotted I's or misspelled SPECIMEN was present!
