Namely, the 3 pies, 1/2 anna, 9 pies and 1 anna. They are not listed in the main section of SG nor in stampworld.com.
The reason is that they are "Service" stamps, not "Postage Stamps" and they are listed in SG if you go to the Service section for Indian stamps.

No octavius, You are incorrect to say they are “not postage stamps”. The very clear postmarks indicate they have indeed had a postage function. They are postage stamps postally used, but on official mail from Government departments . They would not be on sale to the ordinary customer via a post office . But they would have done postal service on his tax bill, court summons, etc etc. and mail from dept of Agriculture, health, administration and so on .
