carabopI can't tell. The large margin at bottom appears to show this is from the bottom row, thus the outer frame line visible at left is of no help in identifying. The close perfs into design at top prevent one from seeing if the frame lines are continuous or broken. I can't tell from plate wear how strong or weak the printed impression is. The posted image is not very crisp.

It is really hard to definitively identify one. I have looked on eBay for one for several years and not found an unidentified one I was confident about.
