A 29c stamp showing a young Elvis Presley was issued by the USPS in January 1993.
Designed by Mark Stutzman the stamp was chosen by the American Public from a choice of two designs.

But not every one was supportive of this Postal venture, and at least one showed his opposition in the form of stamp-like label !!
The label was most likely issued early in 1992 [dated]at the time of the voting for the issue which was held in April. Research has thus far failed to find the person/s behind the label.
