I use COB for Belgie and they list two colors- violet and deep violet, with a Type I, II and III in TYPE I- scrolls before and after BELGIQUE have a break in them, There is a variant of this that has a "claw" through the lower part of the right "5". If uI understand this coerrectly, below if this variant. Note this has a border break at right scroll/margin/border The TYPE II has no such break and the TYPE III has ano break in tyhe scroll, but a break on the left upper border (your stamp is I believe a Type III (There is also a TYPE IV and V, but there is no listing for the 15 c stamp) as to color, yours does appear to be leaning towards outremer, but it could be faded (unlight) or sulfurization Below are my examples- a light and a darl with shades in between. The top rows are all TYPE II Bottom row, except far right are TYPE I. Note, lower row, 3rd from left has the sxame Perfin as yours and I belive (refencing Ancoper) #A.G. 95 this is Affiches Gaillard, an advertising company operating from 1910 - 1960, Main office was in Amiens. Earliest known use was 1913 If there is a different interpretation, please share!!! I can post individual scans if anyone is interested.

That really is an unusual shade printersart - don't think I've ever seen one like it. I've only got examples of the violet (#139) and deep violet (#139a) type I, and the violet (#139A) type II: COB #139, violet, type I: COB #139a, deep violet, type I: COB #139A, violet, type II:

It is peculiar indeed... It looks like a ultramarine tint, but the catalogue doesn't list it... Maybe a forgery or a reprint? When I compare the numerals and the c (cents), they seem quite thicker than the other pictures...
