I cannot say anything about the different colour-variations,as scans or photos are not reliable.
Your stamps are (Michel nos. and prices):
309A 2 Millionen on 200 Mark cheapest € 2.- (a number of varieties priced between € 14.-and € 12.000.-)
331b 1 Milliarde on 100 Mark € 38.- (331a € 4800.-)
332a 5 Milliarden on 2 Millionen € 170.- (332b € 12.000.-)
D83a (Service stamp) 200 Millionen € 200.- (D83b € 15.000.-)
All prices are for expertised stamps only !
In my opinion the cancel applied on 331b and 332a are rather stupid forgeries,as the stamps were issued on November 7th and Nov.17th,while the cancel is Oct.27th.Such samps are worthless.
The cancel on D83a cannot be expertised. In that case the price of mint, hinged stamps applies,in this case € -.20 for the cheaper variety.

Thanks for that Information salentin . most of us would not be aware how critical the dates of use of the postmarks are on these issues. Some of these temporary surcharges had very short period of use as events moved so fast

Some of these temporary surcharges had very short period of use as events moved so fast INFLA-Berlin is a German philatelic society which is largely (but not entirely) focused on the hyperinflation-era stamps of Germany. There is a lot of information available - if you have a large bookshelf, you can fill a good chunk of it with the literature available from them (better be able to read German, though). I have a couple of their volumes, #13 & #48, both of which deal with forged / false postmarks on the hyperinflation stamps. #13 is simply a list of all the known false postmarks found on the stamps (and the Berlin / Südende cancel noted by salentin is included in the list), whereas #48 is filled with text descriptions and example photos of stamps with postmarks both good and bad.
