We’ve had reports of users unable to access the APS website. We continue to upgrade the security of the site and it may impact your access. For users having difficulties accessing the site, please report issues to Kent Ball, Director of Product Development at KBall@stamps.org. Thank you for your patience!

Kent Ball has provided the following information that should be included when reporting problems accessing stamps.org:

In general, each case is different and specific details help with investigating a specific issue case. The most useful details to include when reporting each issue are: the error messages, date, time, and IP address when an error happens.

Error message screenshot: If a person sees an error message, then screenshotting that error message and sending it to us the day it happens is most helpful.

If people don't include these details when first reporting an issue, then they will receive instructions to do so in our email response.

As of this morning, my issue with accessing the APS website (stamps.org) has been resolved.

My compliments to you, Steve, and all involved to speedily fix the problem.
