Anyone been to the Belize City post office?

A friend of mine is going on a cruise early next year that will stop in Belize City.
She has offered to stop by the main post office there and buy a selection of whatever is available.
I looked online, and I think I found the post office on a map. It seems to be walking distance from where cruise ship passengers land.
But couldn't find a web site for the Belizean postal service, so I don't know what kind of stamps might be available.
Does anyone have any first-hand experience with the main post office in Belize City, or a link showing what stamps are for sale this year? Is it actually walkable from the cruise terminal?
