my stamping has been 'fits and starts' this week, a lot of interruptions, but I did come across this as I was slowly trying to get everything into labeled glassines. 1934 surcharge(overprinted/revalued) Paix Yvert # 298 and #298g, originally issued in 1932 (1 Franc 25). This is an example of ' surcharge très displacée' (very displaced overcharge). I will need to modify my page that this is on!
