Yet another “Is this a 482a?” Thread

Hey there folks. I’m new to the forum after purchasing a very large collection as part of an estate. I’m a coin collector but couldn’t resist the stamps. There is a WHOLE LOT to the collection but the piece that has piqued my interest is this possible 482a, for obvious reasons. I’ve done lots of research and my head is spinning with talk of buttons, lips, nose dots and the like. I fully realize this is a long shot having had plenty of exciting prospects in the coin world turn up empty. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
