ISRAEL - CIRCA 1940: Probably a label issued by the Jewish National Fund ca. 1938. A similar stamp from a booklet pane in blue. It shows In 1940 a stamp issued Keren Kayemet Le Israel showing Theodor Herzl standing on a balcony in Basel against the backdrop of the Tower of David in Jerusalem; series, circa 1940.
The blue stamp has a reference 'Kaplove # 375.'

1918 Herzl Issue from Jewish National Fund. The booklet of 20 consists of 5 panes of 4.
