In the City of Celje (now Celle, Germany), Austrian stamps were overprinted "SHS Slovenia 29/x 1918" in black, blue and red creating at least 41 varieties, four of which are shown here: According to Rick Miller in the May 22, 2023 issue of Linn’s Stamp News, “These unissued overprinted stamps owe their existence to a group of private investors who hoped that they would be authorized for use by the postal authorities.” The article goes on to explain in detail the origins of these cinderella issues and why different colors were used for the overprints. Miller also warns collectors about fake Celje overprints and provides measurements of the two types of genuine overprints and the measurements for fake overprints.

Set of 3 for $1.25 ("Genuine")

Philatelic Union of Slovenia Candidature for Membership in the Federation of European Philatelic Associations This sheet, of unknown date, was issued for the above purpose. The stamp depicted, with the yellow and gold colours separated out, was issued in 1995 for the 50th Anniversary of the End of the Second World War. Anyway, their membership application was successful. You can find out more about FEPA here
