I have had these for a very long tome and had just run across them this morning and thought I would post them here. LB would you like to give these a new home? A close-up of one. (I had to digitally darken it to show the printing on them): Another of the isolated writing at the bottom of them:

The stamps were issued in conjunction with the Federation's fundraising efforts. The conservation stamp program began in 1938 and ended in 1987. You can read more about it here.

Please don't take this as being picky, Jeff The Series is the "National Wildlife Federation" Cinderellas, not "North American" Just in the course of correctness I'll post an Album I have shortly, that gives some ideas how they were distributed. Someone from SCF gifted them, I thought it was you Alas, now I know not, whom?

I have a huge sheet of wildlife themed stamps and it's actually too large for any conventional scanner. I'll scan it in part only because of the size and it seems pretty fragile so it's all folded up but looks in descent shape otherwise though. It says in a very large font across the top: NATIONAL WILDLIFE RESTORATION WEEK sponsored by General Wildlife Federation, Washington D.C. "For uniting the efforts of all friends of Outdoor America to the end that future generations shall have their rightful heritage of Wildlife" Week of March 20-26 ©1938 General Wildlife Federation
