Thanks much. I have that downloaded but didn't think to look there. I still don't think that production addresses your stamp in question Collin, one can identify the genesis of the overprints, but listing of the excise stamps, such as yours, don't seem to be apparent, even though the *.pdf is tobacco centric. Needs further research. |
