The Philatelic Club of Uruguay has the complete Ciardi catalog as a series of pdf's for free download. This is a valuable detailed reference for anyone with an interest in the postage stamps of Uruguay. Its in Spanish but a good dictionary can help or use one of many translation sites on the web. They also have a lot of good information on the clubs home page: www.clubfilatelicodeluruguay.com/index.html Here's the catalog link: www.clubfilatelicodeluruguay.com/catCiardi.html

It was originally published in free sections as one of the very best for Argentina
Unfortunately they published the not so free whole catalog before the important Tomo I was available free So the very important 115 pages from 1856-1889 are missing.

If anyone wants it all in one file in searchable and "Copy-able" pdf send a PM I reformatted it last year.

Oops, that's unfortunate, thanks for this clarification. I haven't actually even used this catalog myself, I only found it AFTER I had already made my custom pages, typically... Without the classic details the catalog is missing the most interesting part.
