Hi Guys
I have looked at my full sheet of Scott 642, and there are oddities that could become
constant varieties if one or more people have the same oddity.
Below is the stamp and all oddities....Single courtesy Canada archives.

It was just a messy kind of inking overall on this issue - lots of little spots & nicks.
