6c + 1c airmail to a marine with an interesting (to me) unit designation. Returned to sender as UNKNOWN.

Recent addition to my FDR Memorial Issue postal history exhibit:
25 cents per half-ounce airmail to India, first flight cover with backstamp (not shown) March 7 1947 Under the new group rate structure, to Asia, Africa. Australia and Oceana, effective November 1 1946
