I found this thread, USA rates for Domestic Letters 1792 - 1863 which provides some details on the basic domestic rates, but is there something more comprehensive? Specifically, I am looking for the international rates including normal, airmail, registered, certified, etc. for letters originating in the USA during the first have of the 20th century. Any pointers or specific values would be appreciated... Thanks in advance and happy collecting!

I appreciate the input Chris ( Beryllium Guy), but a text is beyond my needs and I am not sure that my local library will have any of these ;-)
Let us see what others might be able to turn up...
Happy collecting!

I appreciate anyone's effort for giving this some thought, but I found my own answer; which is sometimes the best way :-)
Using the Canadian Postal History Corner URL shared in the previous thread, I was able to compare and contrast mail originating in Canada with known published rates and mailed items originating from within the USA to international destinations using dated examples from a number of on-line sellers for the time period I was interested in. The results, fairly consistent between the two: 3 cent (USA-Canada Cross Border), 8 cent airmail (USA-Canada Cross Border), 5 cent (Europe), 10 cent registration fee, etc.
As part of the process and my own reward, in addition to identify and confirming the postal rates for USA material, I was thrilled to add a new cover to my BAE II collection,
Happy collecting!
