Sirmaur 3rd issue stamps were all printed in sheets of 70 (10×7) and Printing V sheets were composed of a unit of 2 horizontal pair of stamps which was repeated 35 times all across the sheet .
The stamp here is from position 1 of the pair, which is characterized by the top of the left vertical stroke of
H of
THREE touching the inner capsular thin white band.
So, theoretically it could be from any of the following positions in the sheet viz., R1/1(1), R1/3(3), R1/5(5), R1/7(7), R1/9(9), R2/1(11), R2/3(13), R2/5(15), R2/7(17), R2/9(19), R3/1(21), R3/3(23), R3/5(25), R3/7(27), R3/9(29), R4/1(31), R4/3(33), R4/5(35), R4/7(37), R4/9(39), R5/1(41), R5/3(43), R5/5(45), R5/7(47), R5/9(49), R6/1(51), R6/3(53), R6/5(55), R6/7(57), R6/9(59), R7/1(61), R7/3(63), R7/5(65), R7/7(67) or R7/9(69).
