There are many variations with regards to stamps that never get catalogued, one of them being the perforation shift that creates an offset stamp when separated from the sheet, sometimes high, sometimes low, sometimes to the right, or sometimes to the left and occasionally a combination of the two. Some months ago I was going through some kiloware I had purchased in the early 1990s and came across this particular flame red 22p Machin definitive which appeared to have been mis-perforated to a fairly high degree. I have looked through many different adverts and found a lot of different values for sale mainly mint copies, but never this particular 22p stamp either mint or used. If anybody has ever seen this particular value before on their travels, then please contact me on this forum. Thank you..... Paperchase
