I’ll be co-hosting the program along with Joan Harmer (of Harmers International). Our presenter for the evening will be Dr. Ed Grabowski

Just a heads up to announce a new feature added to the British Empire Study Group Zoom presentations. Starting with this Thursday's show there will be a Captioning Language Translation feature. The BESG can now provide closed captions in many languages. The presenter will speak in English and your closed captions (if selected) will translate their presentation into e.g. Chinese (simple), Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian or Ukrainian. The new tool was added in the hope of making as diverse an audience as possible, inclusive for these educational Webinars. Hope to see you Thursday, 01-12-23 @ 6:00 PM EST. In case you've missed it, there's a time zone converter on the invitation each month.
Once again, to register for FREE: madmimi.com/s/18c7551

Another excellent presentation from the BESG earlier today. Thanks to REL1948 (Rob) and Joan for co-hosting and of course to the presenter Dr. Ed Grabowski for an extremely informative session.
For those who have not yet attended one of these free Zoom presentations from the BESG I urge you to give one a try, I am sure that you will not be disappointed.
If I am not mistaken the next scheduled presentation will be this forum's very own Beryllium Guy

Thank you for the kind words clivel. I'm so glad you were at the presentation.
Yes, Dr. Ed Grabowski gave a wonderful presentation this evening on mail fraud. It should be available in a few days on YouTube.
You're almost right about Beryllium Guy's presentation except it's in March.
February 2, 2023, Thu. 6:00 PM (ET) (11 GMT) - "'The Art of the Valentine" with John Scott
March 9, 2023, Thu. 6:00 PM (ET) (11 GMT) - "'Cape of Good Hope - Triangles" with Chris Dorn
Rob
PS It was great to also see Aaron Karp (kasvic) and Chris Dorn (Beryllium Guy) in the audience this evening. Let me know if I've missed anyone.
