I found this stamp in a bag of worldwide I was going through. I do not have a catalogue for these, Scott and Gibbons do not list unless used for Postal. It does not look like NSW used Stamp Duty for Postal. From what I see anyway. Do any of the Aussie experts have a Cat# for this one?  |

Might be a Government handstamp.....Cross Border Commission ? Just a guess.
