What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50

Thanks for sharing your collection guyana1230 . I cut off my collection in the mid 1960's and focus more on the pre independents stamps. I have always been surprised how many varieties there are of the 1966 overprints. |

I would love to start a Space topic collection.
And now I find another shiny object in Fire Trucks for a topic collections.
This, of course, goes along with my wide range of US that I have not paired down yet and probably won't.
I worked in a busy supply operations in a military maintenance shop. There was ALWAYS multiple major projects going on at once. If something didn't keep my attention...well then, I could jump to something else because there was always something else to work on. That room went through I don't know how many personnel before I came on. Some only lasted a couple of years. I stayed for 20. I attributed it to the job and my lack of attention. But when I got a project done, it was done right and on time. That part was important.
Now in retirement, I have my wide range of stamps, my ebay biz, I'm rounding up material to build model cars again (another long lost passion from my stamp collecting days) and I have four real life car projects that I work on in warm weather months.
See what I mean?
