Hi, it's been a while.
Anyway, I have this one penny stamp which I'm struggling to id the cat number on. I could use some help. It would appear that:
1. It has no watermark.
2. Its on vertically laid paper
3. Its perf 14.
I can point to a couple of cat numbers which it could be, like SG 3 or a variant of SG 16? None of the listings specify vertically laid paper was used.
Appreciate any thoughts or advice.
